A sales agent with the ‘know-how’ of the local housing market will advice you the perfect suitable sales strategy for your property. The realtor is also your contact person during the entire process. With the traditional way of selling the broker usually uses a  ‘closed envelope’ system. With Bieden en Wonen the sales process goes always via the online bidding system. This system is designed to make the sales process 100% transparent for both the buyer and the seller. A ‘starting price’ will be advices after a local market research by the realtor.

After a viewing, a buyer can participate the online auction. Prospective buyers can bid against each other in small increasing bid steps. The resolutive conditions can be viewed at any time with each bid. After the online auction has closed, the period of approval starts. The seller chooses the best offer. If the seller of the property is not satisfied with the (highest/best) offer, we just start an other increasing bid round.
