3. Viewings and bidding

Together with the Bieden en Wonen agent, you will align on the options for the viewing days. The agent plans the online auction in consultation with our auctioneer. During the viewings, all potential buyers are explained how to bid online for the auction. By default, auctions open on Tuesday and close on Friday. After the auction has finished, you have 3 days to decide whether you agree to one of the bids.

4. Purchase agreement and settlement
